I enjoyed my stay at Cape Cod Holiday Estates, and I found the small houses to be quite charming and spacious for a family getaway. However, the WiFi was a significant issue; it was often slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Overall, I would consider returning when the weather is nicer and hopefully when the internet issues are resolved.

The resort is centrally located near Mashpee Commons and South Beach, which made exploring the area easy.

While I didn't partake in dining at the resort, I heard about the home-made bread, which sounds good.

The facilities were fine, but some units could use serious rehabilitation, especially concerning the living room furniture.

I had an excellent experience at Cape Cod Holiday Estates. The accommodations were spacious and immaculate, and I appreciated the thoughtful COVID precautions in place. However, the nearby construction was noisy, which made it less enjoyable at times. Still, this resort offers great access to local hiking trails and beaches, making it a nice getaway overall.

My stay at Cape Cod Holiday Estates was quite enjoyable. The individual cottages surrounded by woods provided a cozy and private feel. However, I was surprised to find that I needed to bring my own basic kitchen supplies and amenities, which added some hassle. Overall, it's a lovely getaway close to the beach and other attractions. 🌳🏖️

Each cottage is spacious with a master suite, guest room, and kitchen that comfortably seats six. I loved having both front and back porches, perfect for relaxing.
Service

While the check-in was smooth, I noticed a lack of daily housekeeping as guests are expected to manage their own cleaning and trash.

The resort's location is excellent, just a short drive from multiple beach access points and attractions like Woods Hole and Martha's Vineyard ferries.

I prepared meals in the cottage but found it necessary to bring my own kitchen supplies, which made cooking easier. Local eateries were a short drive away for dining options.

The indoor pool and game room offered fun options for downtime, but I found the pool to be a bit underwhelming.

I loved my stay at Cape Cod Holiday Estates, as it felt like a hidden gem with its separate cozy cottages nestled in the woods. The spacious units were well-equipped, but I did face some challenges with the beach pass situation and a noisy fire alarm. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway, perfect for families seeking a peaceful time among nature.
