I enjoyed my stay at Cape Cod Holiday Estates, and I found the small houses to be quite charming and spacious for a family getaway. However, the WiFi was a significant issue; it was often slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Overall, I would consider returning when the weather is nicer and hopefully when the internet issues are resolved.

Rooms
8.0
The units are lovely small houses with two-plus bedrooms, spacious enough for my family.
Service
7.0
Service was decent, but nothing particularly stood out during my stay.
Location
9.0
The resort is centrally located near Mashpee Commons and South Beach, which made exploring the area easy.
Dining
7.0
While I didn't partake in dining at the resort, I heard about the home-made bread, which sounds good.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were fine, but some units could use serious rehabilitation, especially concerning the living room furniture.

I had an excellent experience at Cape Cod Holiday Estates. The accommodations were spacious and immaculate, and I appreciated the thoughtful COVID precautions in place. However, the nearby construction was noisy, which made it less enjoyable at times. Still, this resort offers great access to local hiking trails and beaches, making it a nice getaway overall.

Rooms

The villa was spacious with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and a full kitchen, but I noticed some of the living room furniture was in need of cleaning.
Service

Check-in was friendly and efficient, and I enjoyed the helpful attitude of the staff.
Location

The resort is conveniently located near beaches and hiking trails, but it’s currently affected by noisy construction from the adjacent hotel.

I loved that there were fresh local fish options nearby to enjoy during my stay.
Facilities

The overall facilities were adequate, but I felt some rooms needed serious upkeep.

My stay at Cape Cod Holiday Estates was quite enjoyable. The individual cottages surrounded by woods provided a cozy and private feel. However, I was surprised to find that I needed to bring my own basic kitchen supplies and amenities, which added some hassle. Overall, it's a lovely getaway close to the beach and other attractions. 🌳🏖️

Rooms
10.0
Each cottage is spacious with a master suite, guest room, and kitchen that comfortably seats six. I loved having both front and back porches, perfect for relaxing.
Service
6.0
While the check-in was smooth, I noticed a lack of daily housekeeping as guests are expected to manage their own cleaning and trash.
Location
10.0
The resort's location is excellent, just a short drive from multiple beach access points and attractions like Woods Hole and Martha's Vineyard ferries.
Dining
7.0
I prepared meals in the cottage but found it necessary to bring my own kitchen supplies, which made cooking easier. Local eateries were a short drive away for dining options.
Facilities
6.0
The indoor pool and game room offered fun options for downtime, but I found the pool to be a bit underwhelming.

I loved my stay at Cape Cod Holiday Estates, as it felt like a hidden gem with its separate cozy cottages nestled in the woods. The spacious units were well-equipped, but I did face some challenges with the beach pass situation and a noisy fire alarm. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway, perfect for families seeking a peaceful time among nature.

Rooms

The cottage was spacious and well-supplied, with a nice layout that included a master suite and a guest room. Having front and back porches was a nice touch, too.
Service

I found the check-in and check-out process to be smooth, and the staff were helpful regarding information about the area, though I had to go to city hall for beach passes.
Location
8.0
The resort is tucked away in nature, providing a peaceful atmosphere, yet it was conveniently close to shopping and dining options. The distance to the beach was manageable, but be aware of the parking fees.
Dining

While I appreciated nearby dining options, I had to bring my own kitchen supplies, which was a bit of a hassle. A nearby recommended lunch spot was Winslow's Tavern in Wellfleet.
Facilities

There were nice amenities, like an indoor pool and game room, but I did experience some noise from construction in the area which impacted my experience.

I had a lovely time at Cape Cod Holiday Estates, although I did encounter a few issues. The units were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family getaway in the woods. However, the WiFi was quite slow, making it challenging to stay connected. Overall, I would love to return when the weather is better and hopefully with improved internet access.

The units are charming cottages with two plus bedrooms and plenty of space. My family appreciated the full kitchen and having two bathrooms, though the jetted tub needed some cleaning.
Service

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful during our stay, which always enhances the experience.
Location

The resort is nestled in the woods, offering a peaceful retreat, but it is a bit far from shopping and beaches, so having a car is necessary.
Dining

The amenities, like the indoor pool and game room, were nice, but some areas were looking dated and could use a refresh.
